We know that not all budgets are the same and each catered event should be as memorable as the occasion being celebrated. Whiskey River BBQ & Catering always provides a selection of our signature barbecue  sauces and condiments, as well as disposable service ware, dinnerware, and table coverings at no additional cost.

A drink station consisting of sweet tea, lemonade, coffee, and bottled water is available upon request and is quoted separately. Alcoholic beverages will be served at the discretion of the customer as we do not provide or serve alcohol at any catered event.

Delivery charges will be calculated according to the current federal mileage rate for all events located beyond 30 miles from Whiskey River BBQ & Catering's business address located in Minster, OH.

Our block party package is a great way to feed a hungry crowd. We bring the party to your backyard/location and take the hassle out of planning your event so you can relax and celebrate! Small Business Saturday Fundraising EventWhiskey River BBQ & Catering can help you promote your small business, grand opening, or big sale by drawing customers hungry for a good deal to your location. Whiskey River BBQ & Catering teams up with other local small businesses to help raise money for two specific causes; The Walk to end Alzheimer's Disease at www.alz.org and Support Lymphoma Research at www.lymphoma.org which has directly impacted our lives. We will set up our mobile smoker at your location and provide food and drinks available to purchase to your customers while you provide the advertising and pre-sell dinner tickets. A donation is made to one or both charities from the sale of the barbecue in your business name and you take the tax benefit.
